Ashutosh Gowarikar's multi-starer and big budget film Panipat has now included beautiful, extremely talented and legendary Zeenat Aman in a crucial role. The director has roped in most popular and talent houses like Sanjya Dutt, Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Padmini Kolhapure and Mohnis Bahl too for his historic drama film. Zeenat will be playing the role of Sakina Begum which is actually a guest appearance but is important one for the main battle of Panipat. Sakina leads the Hoshiyargang province and lives in her own kingdom away from the politics of that region. And the part of Sakina comes to play when the Peshwas come to her seeking help for the battle. Director Ashutosh on working with Zeenatji said - “It is an absolute honour and a fan moment to be directing Zeenatji. There are many many of her films that I have loved and especially her work in them. What is most fascinating about her is her humility despite all the stardom.” Ashutosh further adds, “I am excited to reveal her look in the film now but can’t.”
