A few days back, the Bombay High Court lifted the stay on the trial against actor Sooraj Pancholi in the Jiah Khan case. A complaint of abetment of the actress? suicide was registered against him, but Jiah?s mother Rabia Khan has been alleging that it was a murder rather than a suicide. The next hearing is all set to take place on May 5 and it seems Sooraj will be in court tomorrow.
