A superb snack now made with samo instead of usual rice flour. That's it you must try Khichu today as it is simple and yummy with millet! SAMO KHICHU Ingredients 4 tbsps barnyard millet (samo) 4 tsps ginger-green chilli paste Salt to taste 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain) 2 tsps white sesame seeds Methi sambharo for sprinkling Chopped fresh coriander leaves for sprinkling Method 1. Coarsely grind the barnyard millet. 2. Heat 2½ cups water in a deep pan. Add ginger-green chilli paste salt carom seeds white sesame seeds and bring the mixture to a boil. 3. Add the ground millet and continuously mix and cook for 5-6 minutes. 4. Transfer into a serving bowl sprinkle methi sambharo and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
