HEALTHY CHOCOLATE OATS COOKIES Ingredients ½ cup chopped dark chocolate ½ cup oats flour ½ cup peanut butter ¾ cup brown sugar 2 tbsps flax seeds powder ½ cup rolled oats 1 tsp vanilla essence ¾ tsp baking powder 1 tbsp milk Method 1. Preheat the oven at 180°C. 2. Take peanut butter in a bowl add brown sugar and beat with the electric beater till the sugar melts completely. 3. Take flax seed powder add 3 tbsps water and mix well and set aside for 5 minutes. 4. Pour the mixture into peanut- sugar mixture and beat for 2 minutes. Add oats flour rolled oats vanilla essence and dark chocolate and mix add baking powder milk and mix till combined. 5. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball slightly flatten to shape it like a cookie. Arrange the cookies at equidistance on a lined baking tray. 6. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. 7. Bring out the tray from oven and allow to cool. And arrange on serving plate.
