In the fast paced world here is some lovely Chilli Oil Instant Noodles which are so close to my heart. Be it a student living away from home or a any busy person this simple and tasty recipe is something for everyone! CHILLI OIL INSTANT NOODLES Ingredients 320 grams instant noodles 6-8 garlic cloves 4-5 spring onions 1½ tsps red chilli flakes 2 tsps toasted white sesame seeds + for sprinkling ¼ cup oil Method 1. Bring sufficient water to a boil in a deep pan. 2. Add the instant noodles and boil for 4-5 minutes. 3. Thinly slice the garlic cloves. Similarly thinly slice the spring onions. Transfer the spring onion bulbs along with some of the greens and sliced garlic into a large bowl. Add the instant spice mix red chilli flakes and white sesame seeds. 4. Drain the noodles. 5. Heat oil in a small pan. Pour this into the garlic mixture and mix well. Add the noodles into it and toss well. 6. Transfer the noodles in a serving bowl garnish with remaining spring onion greens and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
