Pyaaz Imli ki Chutney | प्याज़ इमली की चटनी | Onion and Tamarind Chutney | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana
An amazing medley of sweet tangy and chatpata flavours makes this an exciting accompaniment or a dip for Aloo Kulche and Chhole.
PYAAZ IMLI KI CHUTNEY
Ingredients
¼ cup tamarind pulp
1 medium onion chopped
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
1½ tbsps powdered sugar
Readymade chole to serve
Readymade aloo kulche to serve
Method
1. Combine tamarind pulp onion coriander roasted cumin powder chaat masala salt powdered sugar and ½ cup water in a bowl. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with chole and aloo kulche.
