MANGO SHERBET
Ingredients
1½ cups chopped ripe mango, frozen
2 cups milk
135 grams castor sugar
120 ml fresh cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
1. Blend together milk, castor sugar, cream and mango to make a smooth mixture.
2. Heat the mango mixture in a non-stick pan and bring to boil. Add lemon juice and mix. Switch off heat and bring down to room temperature.
3. Transfer the mango mixture in an air-tight container, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours.
4. Scoop and serve.
