Our CM Devendra Fadnavis was interested in the project when Shiv Sena?s youth wing chief Aaditya Thackeray proposed it. But after some criticism by the State Home Secretary, CM decided against it. They were concerned about the law and order. the fact that the nightlife should cater to everyone including the poor. They should get the option of having chai or a vada pav in the wee hours too. Well, whatever may be their concerns, there are some in Bollywood who feel 24/7 Nightlife in Mumbai is the need of the hour and those people are Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor!
