FETTUCCINE IN CHEESY PESTO SAUCE
Ingredients
200 grams fettuccine (pasta ribbons), blanched
1 tablespoon pesto sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons cheese, grated
3-4 fresh basil leaves
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add salt and mix well. Add milk and mix again.
2. Add fettuccine and toss to mix. Add cheese and mix well
3. Serve hop garnished with torn basil leaves.
