Shiney Ahuja is making a comeback into the Hindi film industry. He had almost gone out of everyone?s recollections because of his infamous court scene where his domestic help accused him of rape. The actor is all slated to return to acting with Anees Bazmi?s Welcome Back. If we recall Shiney was last seen in the horror film Ghost and it failed miserably at the box office. He was also arrested in June 2009 on the charges of rape, wrongful confinement and criminal intimidation all of which were leveled on him by his maid. As a matter of fact he did spend five years behind the bars for the same.
