Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma starrer Sui Dhaaga ��������� Made In India released recently. The Yash Raj Film features Varun as a tailor. While there are enough talks about how Varun and Rajkummar Rao share a connection because the latter recently played a tailor in Stree, there is another inside connection between the two releases that not many people know yet. They have a common filming location. Both the star-studded movies have been shot in a small town in Madhya Pradesh called Chanderi. The town sits in the lap of a hilly region. The historic town is surrounded situated amidst the hilly region of the state by the Betwa River. The scenic location also hosts several monuments of the Bundela Rajputs and Malwa sultans. When Stree released, the picturesque location was one of the talking points of the movie. The rustic set up proved to be a perfect background for the horror comedy. In Sui Dhaaga too we saw a lot more of the fabric industry from the location. Chanderi is also known for its sarees and the movie featured the handlooms from the location.
