PASTA IN MAKHANI SAUCE
Ingredients
3 cups boiled pasta
¼ medium yellow capsicum
¼ medium red capsicum
¼ medium green capsicum
2 tsps olive oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chilli flakes
3-4 mushrooms sliced
7-8 broccoli florets boiled
Salt to taste
½ tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp kasoori methi powder
1 tbsp honey
Parmeasan cheese as required
Fried basil leaves for garnish
Makhani Sauce
500 grams tomatoes quartered
½ mace blade
6-7 garlic cloves
5-6 green cardamoms
½ cup butter
1½ tsps Tata Sampann Chilli Powder
Method
1. In a pressure cooker take tomatoes mace garlic green cardamom butter Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and 1 cup water mix well and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
2. Cut mixed capsicums into triangles. Set aside.
3. Once the pressure settles down blend the tomatoes and strain the mixture. Set aside.
4. Heat oil in a nonstick pan add garlic sauté for a minute. Add chilli flakes and mushrooms sauté for a minute.
5. Add the makhani sauce cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Add capsicum broccoli salt garam masala powder kasoori methi powder honey and pasta mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Grate parmeasan cheese mix well.
7. Serve hot garnished with fried basil.
