SLOPPY JOE BURGER
Ingredients
1 cup Indian style cooked chicken mince (keema)
4 burger buns
1 tablespoon butter
4 cheese slices
1 medium onion, sliced
Method
1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add cooked mince and heat for 2 minutes.
2. Slit the buns horizontally into halves. Toast on a hot non-stick tawa till lightly browned and crisp.
3. Spread a portion of the hot mince on the base bun halves. Top with cheese slices, 1-2 onion slices and cover with the remaining bun halves.
4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the burgers on it and heat till the cheese melts.
5. Serve hot with barbeque sauce and wafers.
