BANOFFEE MILKSHAKE Ingredients 4 ripe yellow bananas peeled frozen and cut into pieces 2 cups vanilla ice cream 4 tbsps caramel sauce + for rimming 1 cup milk 8-10 butter cookies Whipped cream for piping Coarsely crushed caramel candy as required Heart shaped cookies for garnish Method 1. Put the bananas in a blender jar add vanilla ice cream caramel sauce milk and blend to a fine mixture. 2. Coarsely crush the butter cookies. 3. Dip the rim of the glass in caramel sauce and coat it with the crushed biscuits. Pour the milkshake in the serving glass pipe out the whipped cream sprinkle caramel candy on top and garnish with heart shaped cookies. Serve immediately.
