Shilpa Shetty, Shamita Shetty along with her mother is trapped into a court case for allegations of not repaying the loan taken. Business man Farhad Aamra, accused the Shetty family of taking a loan amounting to Rs.21 lakhs in 2014 and repaying it by 2017 but have failed to do so. Farhad said, Surendra Shetty father of Shilpa took this amount when they had friendly relations for setting up his business. He claims, Shetty sisters now denying of any transactions were very much aware about their father making this deal. Business man Aamra further adds, that unfortunately Surendra Shetty died in 2016 so he himself couldn't give back the loan but their family doesn't just repay but are denying of any such loan taking. Shetty family denies knowing Farhad Aamra altogether, which made this business man knock the door of court. He has filed a case against them to legally ge this money back and so Shilpa's family will now have to bare legal issues. Now, future will decide the court comes out in whose favor!
