Chicken fingers have always been one of the most mouth watering snacks among all age groups. But being part of the 21st century where the word 'health conscious' is a matter of concern, I have introduced this dish in a much healthier form.
The two magical ingredients of my dish are Quinoa and Oats flour, which replaces their respective unhealthy counterparts Bread Crumbs and Maida. Also complementing these two ingredients is baking the chicken fingers instead of deep frying them.
