CHICKEN SEEKH KABAB KATHI ROLLS
Ingredients
Readymade chicken seekh kababs as required, diagonally sliced
4 readymade rotis
Green chutney as required
1 medium onion, sliced
Chopped fresh coriander leaves as required
Chaat masala for sprinkling
Method
1. Heat each roti on a hot non-stick tawa from both sides and transfer on worktop.
2. Spread some chutney on each hot roti and place few kabab pieces. Put some sliced onion, chopped coriander and sprinkle some chaat masala on top and roll.
3. Serve immediately.
