2. Moongfali(groundnuts) Raayta:
Ingredients:
Groundnuts – 2 cups
Curd – 2 cups
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – ½ spoon
Honey – 2 spoons
Pudina leaves – 1 spoon (in small pieces)
Direction:
Boil the nuts and grind them a little.
Mixing salt, honey, pepper powder, and nuts in whisked curd
Garnishing with pudina pieces.
Cool it and serve.
