GREEN GARLIC CHUTNEY
Ingredients
¾ cup chopped green garlic bulbs
¾ cup chopped green garlic stalks
2 tbsps oil
½ cup raw peanuts
100 grams dried coconut sliced
Sea salt to taste
1½ tbsps Kashmiri red chilli powder
Bhakri for serving
Method
1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add the raw peanuts and sauté till they turn golden brown.
2. Add green garlic bulbs and sauté for a minute.
3. Add dried coconut and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add green garlic stalks sea salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the mixture in a plate and allow to cool.
4. Transfer the mixture in a blender jar add the red chilli powder and grind coarsely.
5. Serve with bhakri.
