Fusion of boiled egg and pavs mixed with flavourful masalas is a treat to your tummy and palate!
Recipe | कैसे बनाये अंडा मसाला पाव
INGREDIENTS
4 boiled eggs
2 pavs
2 tbsps oil
1 tbsp butter
2 medium onions finely chopped + to serve
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 medium tomatoes chopped + to serve
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chilli powder
2 tsps red chilli paste
1 small potato boiled peeled and mashed
1 small green capsicum chopped
1 tsp chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
METHOD
1. Cut 2 pavs into small pieces.
2. Heat oil and butter in a deep non-stick pan add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté till onions turn translucent.
3. Add tomatoes and mix well. Add salt red chilli powder red chilli paste and cook till oil separates.
4. Add potato capsicum and coriander. Add pav bhaji masala and some water. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Grate and add 3 boiled eggs in pan mixture. Mix well. Add little water and combine well. Add pav pieces and mix well and cook for a minute.
6. Transfer egg masala pav on a serving plate.
7. Serve hot with chopped tomato and onion salad and a lemon slice. Grate and add half an egg and chopped coriander as garnish.
