FROZEN MANGO YOGURT
Ingredients
2 medium mangoes, peeled, cut into 1½ inch pieces and frozen
1½ cups yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
Zest of 1 lemon
Method
1. Blend together mangoes, yogurt and honey into smooth mixture. Grate lemon zest and mix well. Transfer in an air-tight container, cover and freeze for 6-8 hours.
2. Scoop out and serve chilled.
