PIZZA MARGERITA WRAP - (Serves - 4)
Ingredients
Pizza sauce for spreading
4 pita breads
Olive oil for brushing and greasing
2 medium tomatoes, cut into roundels
100 grams mozzarella cheese, sliced
Fresh basil leaves as required
Method
1. Preheat a griller and grease it with some oil.
2. Slice pita breads. Brush some olive oil on half the slices and spread some pizza sauce. Place tomato roundels and cheese slices alternatively.
3. Sprinkle some crushed peppercorns and put some torn basil leaves and cover with remaining slices.
4. Grill the prepared wraps in preheated griller till golden.
5. Diagonally slice and serve hot.
