BLUE CURACAO MOJITO
Ingredients
4 tablespoons Blue Curacao
1 lemon
Fresh mint leaves as required
Fresh pomegranate pearls as required
Crushed ice as required
Juice of ½ lemon + as required
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder as required
Drinking soda for topping
Method
1. Cut lemon into small pieces and put a piece in each cavity of an ice tray. Top with a mint leaf, some pomegranate pearls and some crushed ice.
2. Add a lemon piece again in each cavity from the remaining ones and repeat the process with mint leaves and pomegranate pearls.
3. Take 1 cup water. Squeeze juice of ½ lemon in it, add salt and mix well.
4. Pour the lemon water in each cavity of the ice tray and freeze till set.
5. Mix together salt and chilli powder on a plate.
6. To make one portion, apply some lemon juice on the rim of a Margarita glass and dip in the salt-chilli powder mixture.
7. Pour a tablespoon of Blue Curacao and squeeze some lemon juice in it. Add 5-6 prepared lemon-mint ice cubes and top with soda.
8. Serve chilled.
