PEANUT BUTTER
Ingredients
2 cups peanuts
2 teaspoons oil
Sea salt to taste
2 teaspoons honey
2 toasted white bread slices
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180° Celsius.
2. Take peanuts in a baking tray and dry roast in the baking oven for 10-15 minutes.
3. Remove the tray from the oven, transfer the peanuts to a food processor and grind to a smooth paste.
4. Mix oil, salt, honey and grind to a smooth paste once again.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and spread over white bread slices using a butter knife.
6. Serve.
