STEAMED FISH Ingredients 400 grams basa fillet 2 tablespoons light soy sauce Salt to taste Juice of 1 lemon ½ cup bean sprouts 2 inches ginger, cut into juliennes 4 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves Method 1. Heat sufficient water in a steamer. 2. Take basa fillets on a plate. Add soy sauce, salt and lemon juice and rub well. 3. Place the basa fillets onto 4 individual aluminium foil sheets and create a parcel. Add some bean sprouts, ginger juliennes and 1 tablespoon chopped coriander and place the parcel in the steamer. Steam for 10 minutes. 4. Serve hot.
