OMELETTE IN A ZIP LOCK
Ingredients
12 eggs
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
2 medium green capsicums, finely chopped
2 medium onions, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Method
1. To make one portion, combine some tomato, capsicum and onion in a bowl. Add salt and pepper powder.
2. Break 3 eggs in it and beat well. Transfer the mixture into a zip lock bag and close the bag.
3. Heat sufficient water in a non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Put the bag in the water and let the egg mixture cook completely. Cover the pan, if required.
4. Remove the bag from water and cut. Take out the omelette, cut into pieces and serve hot.
Preparation Time: 8-10 minutes
