HEALTHY WONTON SOUP
Ingredients
6-8 wonton sheets
¼ cup chopped cabbage
1-2 stalks spring onion greens, finely chopped
½ medium green capsicum, finely chopped
6-8 French beans, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
White pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
2 cups vegetable stock
Method
1. Combine cabbage, spring onion greens, capsicum, French beans and carrot in a bowl and mix well. Add soy sauce, pepper powder, salt and mix again.
2. Take each wonton sheet, fill in some vegetable mixture, apply some water on the edges, seal the edges and shape into wontons.
3. Heat vegetable stock in a non-stick pan and bring to boil. Add salt and pepper powder and mix well. Reduce heat and add vegetable wontons and cook for a minute.
4. Serve hot.
Preparation Time: 8-10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-8 minutes
