Call it a thick slush of creamy nutty coconut with a splash of lime and a sprig of mint sitting on top minus the soda of course.
WHIPPED COCONUT LEMONADE
Ingredients
1 cup frozen coconut milk
Juice of 2 lemons
3 tbsps honey
Ice cubes as required
Whipping for topping
Lemon slices for garnish
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Method
1. Add ice cubes in a blender jar add in the coconut milk lemon juice and honey.
2. And blend till mixture become well combine.
3. Transfer the prepared mixture in an individual serving glass.
4. Top with the whipped cream and garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs. And serve chilled.
