Give the traditional motichoor ke laddoo a unusually modern chocolaty twist! Be that smart cook and make delicious motichoor muffin by carefully creating layers of motichoor laddoo topped with chocolate cream and khoya mixture. MOTICHOOR MUFFINS Ingredients 2 motichoor laddoos 1 cup crumbled khoya/mawa ½ cup sugar 50 gm dark chocolate broken ¼ tsp green cardamom powder Blanched peeled and sliced pistachios as required ¼ cup fresh cream Method 1. Heat 2 non-stick pans. Put khoya in one pan add sugar and cook till both melt and blend well. 2. In the 2nd pan put broken dark chocolate and melt stirring continuously. 3. Add cardamom powder to khoya and mix. 4. Put a few pistachios in each silicon mould. 5. Halve the motichoor laddoos and put one half in each silicon mould and press well to level the surface. 6. Add cream to the melted chocolate and mix well. Pour the chocolate mixture over the laddoos in the moulds leaving a little space above. Keep them in the refrigerator to set. 7. Once set bring the moulds out of the refrigerator and top with khoya mixture. Keep them back in the refrigerator to set. 8. Alternately you can first pour the chocolate mixture in the moulds. Place half a motichoor laddoo and set. Then put khoya mixture and set. 9. Serve chilled.
