Prawns cooked in tangy mustard sauce.
PRAWNS IN MUSTARD SAUCE
Ingredients
2 tbsps mustard oil
150 grams medium prawns cleaned deveined and washed
½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp kasundi mustard
1 green chilli chopped
½ lemon
A pinch of sugar
Slit green chilli for garnish
Method
1. Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan let it smoke.
2. Take prawns in a bowl add turmeric powder salt and kasundi mustard. Add green chilli and squeeze the juice of lemon and mix well.
3. Add the prawns and sauté on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add a pinch of sugar and mix well cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Take the pan off the heat.
4. Garnish with green chilli and serve hot.
