Potato wedges marinated with thai flavoured ingredients and air fried till perfection.
THAI STYLE CHIPS
Ingredients
3-4 large potatoes
1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 tbsp red chilli paste
Salt to taste
3-4 tbsps coconut milk
1 lemon
2-3 tsps honey
Method
1. Cut potatoes into wedges without peeling.
2. Put Thai red curry paste, red chilli paste, salt and coconut milk in a bowl and mix well. Grate rind of lemon into the same bowl. Add potato wedges and mix till the potatoes are well coated.
3. Add honey and mix well. Place these wedges in an air fryer keeping a little distance between each and fry at 200º C for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180º C and fry for 5 minutes more.
4. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot.
