CHEESECAKE Ingredients 1 cup muesli ¾ cup sugar Melted butter for greasing ½ cup hung yogurt ½ cup condensed milk 1½ cups whipped cream 1 tablespoon bloomed gelatin 5-6 strawberries Blueberries as required Method 1. Heat a non-stick pan. Add sugar and cook till it caramelizes. Add muesli and mix well. 2. Grease a cake board and the inside of a large ring mould with some butter. 3. Place the grease mould in the center of the board and put some muesli sugar mixture inside the cutter filling ¼ of it and level it out. 4. Put hung yogurt in a bowl. Add condensed milk and whisk well. Add whipped cream and fold. Add bloomed gelatin and fold well. 5. Put the yogurt mixture in the prepared mould filling ¾ of it, level it out and tap. 6. Cut the strawberries into quarters lengthwise. 7. Arrange strawberry quarters and blueberries on top of yogurt mixture. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. 8. Demould, cut into wedges and serve.
