CHRISTMAS TREE CAKES
Ingredients
1 readymade chocolate sponge cake
Peanut butter for spreading
1 cup chopped white chocolate
Few drops edible green colour
Edible colourful balls for sprinkling
Edible colourful stars as required
Method
1. Cut the cake into 4 long pieces and further into small triangles.
2. Trim each triangle from both sides and halve horizontally.
3. Spread some peanut butter on one side of half of the triangles and cover with remaining triangles.
4. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove from oven and mix till it completely melts.
5. Add edible green colour to melted white chocolate and mix well.
6. Fill a piping bag with prepared chocolate and pipe out zig-zag on prepared cake triangles to make Christmas tree.
7. Sprinkle some edible colourful balls and place one edible colourful star on the top side of each cake.
8. Serve.
