Subscribe to the channel for more awesome recipes Click to Subscribe: http://bit.ly/1h0pGXf http://www.facebook.com/ChefSanjeevKapoor https://twitter.com/sanjeevkapoor CHATPATI LASOON MIRCH Ingredients 15-20 garlic cloves 3- 4 Bhavnagri chillies Olive oil Salt to taste 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon chaat masala + for sprinkling 1 teaspoon red chilli powder + for sprinkling 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander + for garnishing Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 2. Chop chillies into thick rings. 3. Take the garlic in a mortar and crush with the pestle. 4. Add garlic to the oil and cook on low heat till golden. Add chillies, sauté and cook for -3 minutes. Drizzle some water and mix well. Add salt and fry on low heat. 5. Add butter and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. 6. Add chaat masala, chilli powder and cumin powder and mix well. Add some water, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the heat, add chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix well. 7. Sprinkle chaat masala and chilli powder and serve hot.
