Here's how to make a simple chatapata Guava popsicle.
CHATPATE GUAVA POPSICLES
Ingredients
2 cups guava juice
1 medium guava finely chopped
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1½ tsps red chilli powder
½ tsp chaat masala
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
10-12 fresh mint leaves
Method
1. Mix together guava juice with dried mango powder 1 tsp red chilli powder chaat masala ½ tsp salt roasted cumin powder and mint leaves in a large bowl.
2. Take guava in another bowl add remaining red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
3. Add a portion of the guava mixture into individual popsicle moulds pour a portion guava juice mixture over each mould till it is ¾ filled. Insert the popsicle sticks into the moulds. Place it in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
4. De-mould the popsicle and serve.
