PESTO PASTA WITH VEGGIES Ingredients 2 tbsps basil pesto 2 cups boiled penne pasta ½ cup corn kernels boiled 1 medium red capsicum seeded and cut into triangles 5-6 broccoli florets blanched 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp chopped garlic 3 tbsps Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo Salt to taste A pinch of crushed red chillies Method 1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for a few seconds. 2. Add corn kernels and sauté for a minute. 3. Add red capsicum and sauté for 30 seconds. 4.
