CHEESELING BHEL
Ingredients
2½ cups cheeseling
¼ cup masala peanuts
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped raw mango
1 green chilli, finely chopped
2 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chaat masala + for sprinkling
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Sev for garnishing
Method
1. Mix together cheeselings, masala peanuts, onion, tomato, raw mango, green chillies, 1 teaspoon coriander leaves, salt, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, chilli powder and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Put the bhel in a serving bowl, garnish with sev, remaining coriander leaves and sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve immediately.
