A few months back Karisma Kapoor???s husband Sunjay Kapur had filed two separate petitions in the court, one for divorce and the another one for the interim custody of their children Samaira and Kiaan. However yesterday the first hearing took place in the family court where Karisma???s lawyer Kranti Sathe took charge of things in the court and Sunjay???s lawyer argued on the custody of the kids.
