CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM POTS
Ingredients
100 grams chopped dark chocolate
100 grams chopped white chocolate
12 vanilla ice cream scoops
Chocolate sauce for drizzling
Caramel sauce for drizzling
Method
1. Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate in individual microwave proof bowls for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and mix and slightly cool.
2. Dip top side of small balloons in melted white chocolate and slightly spread. Set aside till the chocolate sets. Repeat the process with melted dark chocolate and refrigerate for 5 minutes or till the chocolate sets.
3. Burst the balloons with a sharp object to get chocolate cups.
4. Put three vanilla ice cream scoops in each chocolate cup, drizzle some chocolate sauce and caramel sauce on top.
5. Serve immediately.
