Crunchy Bun Burger | बन बर्गर | Burger at Home | बर्गर बनाने का तरीका | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana
Now not just the pattie inside but the bun on the outside is equally crunchy. Make this unique street-style recipe at home. Crisp fried buns add so much fun to the burger that it will become your new favourite.
CRUNCHY BUN BURGER
Ingredients
4 burger buns
1 cup refined flour (maida)
½ cup corn flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp dried mixed herbs
½ tsp red chilli flakes
1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying
Tomato ketchup as required
Assorted lettuce leaves as required
8 readymade fried veg burger patties
Mayonnaise as required
Onion slices as required
Cucumber slices as required
Tomato slices as required
4 cheese slices
French fries for serving
Method
1. Slit the burger buns horizontally.
2. Take refined flour in a bowl. Add corn flour garlic powder onion powder salt ½ tsp smoked paprika powder ½ tsp black pepper powder dried mixed herbs red chilli flakes 1 cup water and mix well.
3. Take panko breadcrumbs in a plate. Add salt remaining black pepper powder remaining smoked paprika powder and mix well.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Dip the burger buns in the prepared batter and roll in panko mixture.
5. Deep fry in oil till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
6. Place the lower half of the burger bun on worktop and drizzle some tomato ketchup.
7. Arrange lettuce leaves and place a patty on top. Drizzle some mayonnaise and place some onion slices on top.
8. Place one more patty and drizzle some more ketchup on top.
9. Place cucumber slices tomato slices on top and sprinkle salt and black pepper powder on top.
10. Place cheese slice. Drizzle some mayonnaise on the inner side of the remaining half and place on top of the prepared burger mayonnaise side facing down.
11. Skewer 4 cherry tomatoes on 4 wooden sticks and insert in the prepared burgers to secure them
12. Serve with French fries and tomato ketchup.
