BANANA PUDDING WITH CARAMEL SAUCE Ingredients 1 banana 125 grams refined flour 115 grams castor sugar 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 egg 85 grams melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 250 ml milk Caramel sauce 10 grams brown sugar 2 teaspoons honey Method 1. Preheat oven at 200ÂșC. 2. Sieve flour, castor sugar and baking powder in a bowl. 3. Peel and mash the banana in a bowl. Add egg and whisk. Add butter and whisk. Add vanilla essence and whisk well. Add it to flour mixture and mix. Add milk and mix well. 4. Pour the mixture into glass baking tray. 5. To prepare caramel sauce, heat brown sugar in a non-stick pan. Add 2 tablespoons water and honey, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. 6. Pour the caramel sauce over pudding batter. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. 7. Cut and serve.
