CHOCOLATE WALNUT FUDGE
Ingredients
100 gms dark chocolate, chopped
½ cup coarsely crushed California Walnuts
4 tbsps unsalted butter
1 cup condensed milk
½ cup khoya/mawa, grated
Ghee for greasing
Method
1. Heat a non-stick pan. Add chocolate and butter, mix and cook on low heat till the chocolate melts, stirring continuously.
2. Add California Walnuts and mix. Add khoya/mawa and mix.
3. Add condensed milk, mix and cook on low heat till khoya melts and the mixture thickens, stirring continuously.
4. Grease 2 barfi trays with some ghee.
5. Divide the fudge mixture equally between 2 trays, level it out and tap. Refrigerate till set.
6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
