BARBEQUE CHICKEN WINGS Ingredients 8-12 chicken wings Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste 1 tablespoon refined flour (maida) 1½ tablespoons cornflour 1 tablespoon oil + for deep-frying 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1½ tablespoons red chilli sauce 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup A pinch sugar 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishing Method 1. Put chicken wings in a bowl. Add salt crushed peppercorns refined flour and cornflour mix well and set aside to marinate. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken wings till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté well. 4. Add barbeque sauce chilli sauce tomato ketchup sugar and crushed peppercorns mix well and simmer for a minute. 5. Add chilli flakes and mix. Add fried chicken wings and toss to mix. 6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
