STRAWBERRY OATS CRUMBLE
Ingredients
1½ cups chopped strawberries
1½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup refined flour
½ tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsps dried ginger powder
½ tsp nutmeg powder
1 cup melted butter
2 tsps lemon juice
A pinch of salt
Vanilla ice cream for serving
Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 180⁰C.
2. Take oats in a bowl. Add brown sugar refined flour cinnamon powder dried ginger powder nutmeg powder melted butter and mix well.
3. Take a baking dish and spread a portion of oats mixture evenly. Sprinkle chopped strawberries on top.
4. Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle salt.
5. Spread remaining oats mixture on top and press lightly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
7. Cut and transfer in serving plates. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each piece garnish with mint sprigs and serve war.
