OATS THALIPEETH
Ingredients
1½ cups oats flour
1 small carrot grated
1 large onion finely chopped
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2-3 green chillies chopped
Oil for drizzling
Green chutney to serve
Method
1. Take oats flour in a bowl. Add carrot onion coriander leaves cumin powder coriander powder red chili powder turmeric powder garam masala powder salt and green chillies and mix well.
2. Add 1 cup water and knead into soft dough.
3. Take a non-stick tawa add a portion of the dough dip your fingers in water and spread it into a thick disc. Make a few holes in the center.
4. Place the non-stick tawa on heat and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Drizzle a little oil. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crisp.
5. Serve hot with green chutney.
