PERI PERI FRENCH FRIES
Ingredients
3 cups French fries, frozen
Oil for deep-frying
Peri peri mix
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon crushed stock cubes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon chaat masala
Salt to taste
Method
1. Grind together chilli powder, cayenne pepper, chilli flakes, crushed stock cubes, garlic powder, chaat masala and salt till well mixed. Use as required or store in an airtight container.
2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry French fries till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
3. Sprinkle sufficient amount of peri peri mix on the fries and toss.
4. Serve immediately.
Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
