John Abraham's upcoming release 'Batla House' which stars Mrunal Thakur and Nora Fathehi (O Saki Saki) has been under legal issue for the sensitive Delhi Poilice Case 'Batla House Encounter', where Police Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma died on 19th September 2008. When Nihil Advani and other film makers started working on the same, the wife of Mohan issued a legal notice against them after which they personally went to speak to her and not otherwise. She says that they cannot distort her husband's name and sacrifice, by modifying the facts. This movie now releases on 15th of August, but she says if they were genuine enough the film shoul've been called 'Post Batla House'.
