We all love cakes and I believe we don���������t need an occasion to have one. But mostly we avoid having them as it has lots of butter, oil, sugar and refined flour. Here I have created my version of Healthy Banana & Walnut Cake, where I have given a healthy twist to it. This cake is super moist and delicious, we have added apple sauce as a replacement to oil/butter, this not only gives the cake a moist texture but also add a delicious flavour to it. For sweetness, we have added honey instead of sugar and whole wheat flour instead of refined flour. As this is a 100% whole wheat cake it���������s high in protein and complex carbohydrates. Walnuts provide you with essential fatty acids which control your cholesterol levels and honey is high in antioxidants which lowers blood pressure and triglycerides. Now you can anytime enjoy a healthy delicious cake, guilt free!!
