Do subscribe for more Jain Recipes Click to Subscribe: http://bit.ly/1h0pGXf http://www.facebook.com/ChefSanjeevKapoor https://twitter.com/sanjeevkapoor JAIN HARYALI PANEER TIKKA Ingredients 250 grams cottage cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes ½ cup roughly chopped fresh coriander leaves ¼ cup roughly chopped fresh mint leaves 1-2 green chillies, chopped 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder (soonth) 1 teaspoon cumin powder 5 tablespoons oil 2 tablespoons roasted gram flour (bhuna besan) 1 teaspoon lemon juice 5-6 baby corns, sliced diagonally 1 red capsicum, cut into 1 inch cubes Salt to taste 1 teaspoon chaat masala Method 1. Put coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger powder, cumin powder and two tablespoons oil in a mixer jar and grind coarsely. Transfer into a large bowl and add gram flour, lemon juice and one tablespoon oil and mix well. 2. Add cottage cheese, baby corns and red capsicum and gently mix till they are well coated with the ground paste. Set aside to marinate for twenty to thirty minutes. 3. String cottage cheese, baby corn and red capsicum, one after other on skewers, keeping little space in between. Keep them on a plate. 4. Heat two tablespoons oil on a non-stick grill pan, place the satay sticks on it and cook, rotating the sticks occasionally, till the cottage cheese is golden brown all around. 5. Place the satay sticks on a serving plate, sprinkle chaat masala over them and serve hot.
