HARA BHARA PANEER TIKKA Ingredients 300 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1 inch cubes 1 large bunch fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped 1 small bunch fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped 4 green chillies 6-8 garlic cloves 1 cup thick yogurt 3 tablespoons roasted gram flour (besan) Salt to taste 1 teaspoon chaat masala ½ teaspoon garam masala powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon oil + for greasing Butter for basting Method 1. Coarsely grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic cloves and green chillies. Transfer in a bowl. 2. To prepare marinade, mix together yogurt, 2 tablespoons ground coriander-mint leaves mixture, gram flour, salt, chaat masala, garam masala powder and lemon juice in a bowl. Add oil and mix well. 3. Add cottage cheese cubes to the marinade, mix and set aside to marinate for 1 hour. 4. Preheat oven to 180° C. 5. Grease a baking tray with some oil. 6. Insert marinated cottage cheese cubes in satay sticks and place on the greased tray. 7. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, basting with some butter. 8. Serve hot.
